Wessex House is a large, five-storey building providing around 100 modern furnished office suites in friendly surroundings.

Offices range in size from 10 sq m up to 300 sq m, accommodating from one up to 40 persons. This allows maximum flexibility and as your business grows, you can move conveniently to a larger suite to meet your needs.

BT lines to every suite give you a choice of telecommunications for your broadband and phone provider and service.  Catering services are offered and there are tea and coffee making facilities on every floor.  Two fully equipped meeting rooms and a conference room are available for meetings, presentations, seminars and training.

You have 24-hour access to your office, with the security of CCTV, and reception and caretaking services are provided.

The Centre is fully accessible for users and visitors with disabilities. There are two allocated parking spaces near to the front entrance, two lifts and dedicated toilet facilities.

There are a limited number of car parking spaces offered on a monthly basis, and occupiers may purchase concessionary monthly parking permits for long stay parking. A secure cycle park is also provided by the entrance.
