Working at Wessex House means everything your business needs to succeed is under one roof. For a monthly ‘hassle-free’ all inclusive payment*, you can tap into a wealth of attractive features and benefits. Our flexible way of working means that as your business grows and expands, we can provide tailor-made premium office space to meet your requirements - all for just £27.75 per sq. ft. per annum.

The Wessex House monthly licence agreement offers short-term easy-in, easy-out terms so your business will be up and running in no time. Our quick, simple and stress-free set-up means there’s no legal costs or credit references – just one month’s deposit and one month’s licence fee.

  • Short term, monthly (easy in-easy out) licence agreement
  • Licence fee of £27.75 per sq ft per annum, VAT-exempt, fully inclusive
  • Monthly licence fee payable on 3rd day in each month to Eastleigh Borough Council
  • Deposit (refundable) of one month’s licence fee
  • First month’s licence fee on or before start date
