Facilities Available

Our conference room is located on the 4th floor, from which there are extensive views of the area. The room measures 6m x 7.5m, and accommodates up to 25 people theatre, 18 people classroom and 16 people boardroom style. The meeting rooms seat up to 8 people, and all rooms have full disabled access.

Car Parking

All day parking is available at the multi-storey and Twyford Road car parks, approximately 4 minutes walk from Wessex House.  There is a short stay car park immediately opposite the building.  People with disabilities can park on site. Click here for our location map.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be notified at least 7 days before otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% of the hire fee will be made.
