- Per half day or evening (08:30-12:30/13:00-17:00/17:30hrs onwards) - £50.00

Meeting Room hire
- Per day (08:30-17:00) - £65.00
- Per half day or evening (08:30-12:30/13:00-17:00/17:30hrs onwards) - £35.00
- Per hour or part hour - £10.00
Video Conferencing Suite
- Use of room and all equipment £100.00 per half day/£200.00 per full day. Some call charge tariffs may apply. Hire prices include presentation equipment and Wi-Fi.
For multiple/consecutive day/weekend bookings a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Cancellations of any single day bookings must be notified at least 7 days before in writing otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% of the hire fee will be made.
Weekend and evening charges may be subject to a surcharge. Room hire charges are VAT exempt, other services are subject to VAT.
